If you are out of contract simply call 202 and give them 30 days notice. You will need a PAC to go to another network to keep your number and make sure the phone is not locked to O2 unless you are changing handsets.

However if the contract has't run the full term there may be termination fees.

How do you find out if your phone is just locked to 02 or if it works with any sim thanks

If you bought it from O2 it will be locked

If you bought it from CPW it will be unlocked unless its an iphone

If you bought it anywhere else then you need to try another network sim in the phone

Some phones have service menus that will tell you but the easiest way is to get free PAYG sims from different networks and see which ones work.

I’ve had enough of them. I’ve been trying for 4 days through phone my o2 ap and even internet it lets you get so far then just says can’t load page or shuts you down. I just want rid of them had enough
