      <description>The page is very clunky and not very user friendly. The redeem button isn’t working on my extra and it always seems I have to get someone on the chat function to fix it for me</description>

      <description>Hello pgn, I am sorry I don’t see how this helps me. I do realise we are in unprecedented times and there will be limited service on what can and can’t be done, my issue is with the app/website. When you try and ask for help it seems to send you round and round. The live chat function seems to be the only way to solve issues.</description>

      <description>Yes Cleoriff, I appreciate there are definitely more people in need than me, I 99.9% always get the problem solved when I get access to the chat function, and I don’t mean for this to be, or turn into a rant, the issue is I was given the option on O2 priority for an Amazon music extra to be applied to my account as a thank you. When directed to access it on ‘My O2’ it simply says press on ‘Redeem’ which it’s completely simple enough, but it does not work. That button does not work. The ‘Redeem later’ button does work and it takes you back to the main landing page of My O2. That is the issue. If you guys are saying there is no info or it can’t be solved from this platform that is fine.</description>

      <description>What browser are you using, as I have had no issues in the past or recently redeeming offers, have you tried a different browser or using the My o2 app, also clear cookies and cached data from your browsers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To be fair out of all the networks account portals, there are much much worse than o2's and i think o2's is one of the best..</description>

      <description>The MyO2 app and website are terribly designed and incredibly unresponsive. The search function is next door to useless as well. It all makes for a very frustrating experience and isn't exactly conducive in encouraging people to part with their hard-earned money.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2951603"&gt;@JF-Sebastian&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- love the Bladerunner reference, Methuselah syndrome notwithstanding!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I find using Google's "&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans"&gt;inurl: o2.co.uk&lt;/FONT&gt;" (no space after the : !) search modifier invaluable for searching in a targeted fashion for info on the O2 website and forum, leaving the nigh-on-useless search boxes on both platforms alone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let's hope the new Virgin Media O2 operation brings changes and much-needed improvements to both sites, O2 Customer Forums and O2-run MyO2 on the O2 side of the house. Given both pre-merger companies use the Khoros platform for their Customer Forums, this could be a strong likelihood in the coming weeks and months!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has to be said, live stock control on O2's side has ever been a bugbear, and whilst Virgin Media deal mainly in Service Contracts, their commercial website, with the odd Mobile and Broadband Service separate logins, has been woefully under-developed at offering customers cost-saving discounts without having to call VM up and haggle - multiple times, usually.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All I can say, &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2951603"&gt;@JF-Sebastian&lt;/a&gt;, is to watch this space - and do what you can to keep Methuselah at bay (I hear chess is your thing!) &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
