hi i have a samsung a50 but i cant send picture messages all i get is network not supported ive put setting in manully but with no luck so not sure what to do now .

Also unless you have a bolt on for MMS messages you will be charged for every picture you send. Can i suggest alternative ways of sending pictures such as via email or whats app.

I've been having the same issue and so far O2 have been unable to explain why nor rectify the issue. Also using a Samsung phone and the problem seemed to start around end January. I am well aware I can use other apps to send photos but its causing me problems when I want to send photos to my 81 year old mother who does not use these other methods. Extremely frustrating and I'd just like a fix!
