    <description>&lt;P&gt;O2 website states that there are two ways to request a replacement SIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ask in your local O2 store&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Call Customer Services on 202 (Pay Monthly) or 4445 (Pay As You Go), free from your O2 phone.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obviously the stores are closed at the moment and the 202 number is for urgent enquiries only (Upgrades or leaving O2). Therefore, how do you request a new SIM? Which in my opinion should be classed as urgent...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Feedback appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
