Upgrade - data options

I’ve been told I can upgrade early due to the carphone warehouse partnership ending. I have an I phone X so the only phone I would want to upgrade to is the 11, I don’t understand why o2 are only offering 1gb, 5gb, 90gb or unlimited data as options where as a quick search of a competitor I can get the same phone with 20gb of data for £2 cheaper per month than I can with 1gb of data on o2 with no upfront cost. Is there are reason the upgrade data options are so poor at the moment?

I noticed those were the only options when I checked for someone else yesterday. Pretty poor really.

No idea why they are so limited.

If you can get a better deal elsewhere then try there.

I’m sure it wasn’t that long ago there were a lot of options. It jumps from 90gb to unlimited for an extra pound a month as well. Makes no sense

Interestingly I got an email yesterday saying again to upgrade and that 30gb was an option for the iPhone 11 and to goto my o2, checked both app and website and still only 1,5,90 and unlimited

Perhaps the website will update itself later? It, like everythng else, is running very slowly.
