Hi,

My contract has ended and all payments have been made so i am eligible for an upgrade. I found the sim only deal i want (20GB, £15, 12 month) but when i proceed to the check out it says i am not eligible if i want to keep my number. The link for my upgrades gives a ridiculous "deal" of 15GB for a massive £35! How can i get the actual 20GB deal at a reasonable price instead of paying £20 a month more for less data without changing my number? I have been an o2 customer for over 12 years, i would hate to have to leave because if this is only available to new customers.

Hi @Martin5

If you are using the UPGRADE option, you will keep the same number. However the shop is throwing up some issues to day so it may be better to try tomorrow.

Upgrade then scroll to sim only. Not sure why it's not allowing that tariff?
