      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have run up a massive bill making landlines phonecalls since lockdown, and therefore need to swap to a tarriff with unlimited minutes, but trying to do this it shows that the tarriff will start mid May when the next bill is due; does this mean that the miutes won't start until May or will they start now and payment is in arreas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need the minutes to start now !!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I give customer services a call because all accounts that don't have unlimited minutes were all meant to automatically be given unlimited minutes as of 01/04/2020 - so they should credit you the money back, plus they can look at a more suitable tariff while your there - if you speak to upgrades they can make the tariff start straight away</description>
