Hi.

This can't be done using the text service.

Can this be done somewhere within My02?

If so, I can't seem to find it and it is impossible to get through on the phone.

Unfortunately you will need to keep trying @BPW

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
