topic PAC code not worked in Pay Monthly

PAC code not worked

I've had my phone for 3 weeks and have registered my old number and O2 have confirmed this and PAC code was submitted. My bill states my mobile number however when I've sent text messages or called someone they don't know it's me as its showing the number they originally sent me . Can anyone help with this ?

@Polly1203 Were you moving your number from another provider to O2?

Settings >Phone >My number and change it to your correct number.
