    <description>&lt;P&gt;called this number, pressed one for calling on current number, then they sent a text with my current minutes left etc, then&amp;nbsp; they said press 2 for anything else billling related. and then said were only dealing with urgent matters, bye. ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, im trying to get in contact with o2, im currently furloughed and my bill date is coming up soon. i have not recieved payment from the gov yet. everytime i call 202 it gets me no where and just says there only dealing with urgent matters, bye and then the call dis connects??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
