      <description>question. How else are people supposed to call you when the line is disconnected? I made a payment well over two hours ago and my service has still NOT been reconnected. And customer lines are only accepting calls regarding fraud</description>

It can take up to 24 hours for service to resume after a payment has been made. In the meantime try turning your phone on and off every so often as this can help speed up the process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have wifi you can contact friends and family through apps such as whats app, facebook and skype.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps and that you're reconnected again soon!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stacey&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>This is massively annoying, it’s now been two days and my line has STILL been reconnected, I can totally understand in the current state of affairs the company’s customer service has been compromised BUT this is a utter shambles.
