I have a Totum (NUS Extra) card which should entitle me to a 20% discount on my new upgrade (taken today 06/04/20), i can only find reference to Unidays discount on the MyO2 page.

I cannot sign up to Unidays as my study place, Association Of Chartered Certified Accountants is not eligable for a Unidays account due to being a study at home course.

Can anyone help?

I have a code but it gets rejected when texting it to 61202

The link only mentions Unidays, when i upgraded over the phone (less than an hour ago) i was told to contact customer services but unfortunatly due to the current CV19 situation customer services are not taking any calls apart from urgent calls.

I only have limited time to apply my code!
