    <description>My phone number was meant to be ported from Vodafone to O2 yesterday. The number that should have been ported is now unreachable and I appear to have been assigned somebody else’s phone number. I’m now receiving texts and calls for somebody else.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any idea on the best way to resolve this?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately waiting for the port to sort itself was not the answer here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After 4 calls with customer services and 3rd line support and 2 attempts at porting my number I'm no closer to having a functioning phone line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only answer I've been given is that customer services had done something wrong with the ports and I'd need to request they have a further attempt.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've lost confidence in the issue being resolved so I've requested a PAC for O2 and I'm going to give another network at try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
