Hi,
I am wondering due to the current circumstances and financial pressure faced - is it off for 02 to withhold payment with customers?
I am unable to speak to anyone through live chat or customer services on phone.
This would be short term and an agreement could be made with 02 until personal financial circumstance is resolved. Which is due to be in the next 4-6.

Currently no such system You need to talk to the payment management team
