      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I am wondering due to the current circumstances and financial pressure faced - is it off for 02 to withhold payment with customers?&lt;BR /&gt;I am unable to speak to anyone through live chat or customer services on phone.&lt;BR /&gt;This would be short term and an agreement could be made with 02 until personal financial circumstance is resolved. Which is due to be in the next 4-6.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>
