cannot access my apps/playstore, please help as urgently needed for work

I cannot access Playstore to enable my work's new app, which I need to work from home. Can you help at all?

I haven't been able to access Youtube, or Gmail app (without going via google at least), I'm so bad at technology so please can anyone help me??
