Temporary pay monthly number

I'm trying to keep my number from PAYG to monthly. The Keep My Number Form says I need my temporary pay monthly number which should be in my confirmation email or SIM pack. I can't find it in either. Please help! Where is it?

So, the temporary pay monthly number is the new monthly phone number? Why didn't they just say that? I didn't put the new SIM into the phone yet because I was still trying to figure this out. Thank you. I still don't know why it wasn't in my confirmation email, but hopefully that won't matter now.

Yes, the temp number is the current number assigned to the new sim. Temporary, because you will be replacing it with your own number.
