      <title>Porting failed, and need help</title>

      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;I am moving over from Tesco Mobile.&lt;BR /&gt;I bought a new phone with O2 SIM March 14th. My port date was 17th.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Date came and went. But my keep number is still with Tesco. I called customer service of both networks. The computers say it happened, but also that it hasn't.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My O2 SIM no longer works. I have spoken to three different O2 customer service people who all said they will chase it up and contact me, but none have.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm now paying for an O2 SIM that can't connect to the network, and just want to port my number across to O2.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can anybody help me?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
