    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi thanks very much for the replies, I should have definitely got my refund before now as it is almost 6 weeks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called 202 and they confirmed I was owed money, and it would go into my bank account within 7 days. That was 2 weeks ago, still no sign and my next bill is still the usual amount with no deduction.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Final Bill Refund?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, maybe someone on here can advise me as anytime I use the chat feature regarding this issue I cannot get an answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I paid off my old device 3 weeks ago (which was on a refresh contract with o2 direct), took out the new contract with Carphone Warehouse (still on o2). Once my new phone arrived, I got my original phone number transferred&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A payment for my old phones tariff/device was taken out of my account, I was told this would be refunded when the "final bill" comes out but nobody can tell me when/how I will recived this final bill? I was told the bill/refund would happen 2nd March but nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have searched before and seen that a form had to be filled out but that link&amp;nbsp; no longer worked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone please advise? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have recently cancelled 1 of my 3 phone contracts with O2, and I have been notified of a final bill. As the number and bill doesn't appear in my O2 account, I have tried to call on 3 different numbers to get through to O2, so that I can get a refund, as my DD is cancelled. The automated agent doesn't help and no one picks up live chat. Do you have an email address that&amp;nbsp; can contact them on as 4 calls and an hour waiting isn't acceptable? Thanks, Gordon (O2 for years and tears too :-()&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
