You will need to pay off the remainder of the contract in order to cancel.

@Anonymous Just because the phone you're using is broken doesn't mean you can't still use the sim. You can use the sim in any phone you choose to replace your broken one, but as said, if you want to cancel you'll still have to pay off the remainder.

202 is free on a sim only contract. If you are overseas there is a free number in the link provided by @MI5
