      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3709374"&gt;@Haymanfarr74837&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your direct debit should have been setup when you took out your contract automatically, but if you have a look at the email you receive telling you about your next bill, it will say if a DD is in place or if you have to pay manually.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also call 202 to check with customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
