It would be lovely to hear how you're getting on with this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Just back from Tenerife whilst there couldn’t use data. I have iphone6 with O2 sim on monthly contract. My wife also has iPhone provided by and on O2. She accessed data without any issues. My sim used to be on vodaphone network. I checked the mobile data settings on both phones and they appeared the same and both accessed Movistar. Travelling again in a few weeks and need data. Any advice?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds as though you have the incorrect data bolt on, especially coming from Vodafone. Ask customer service to check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the APN setting for idata bolt on (the correct one) should be idata.o2.co.uk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For standard bolt on it is mobile.o2.co.uk&lt;/P&gt;</description>
