topic Student Discount code not working? in Pay Monthly

Student Discount code not working?

So I did my upgrade over the phone and the guy said to get my Unidays code and text it to the number 61202 once I got my phone.

I tried this and it says the code isn't recognised but I've double checked it and it is.

And I can't get through to live chat or the phone because they're saying the systems are down?

Is it likely that the message I'm getting is because the systems are down?

Not sure why you aren't getting it. Although if the systems are down, that would be the reason.

I'm sure you followed the advice here ...

If nothing is working I will tag @EmilieT or @Martin-O2 and maybe they can help?

Yeah I’ve followed the advice in the link.

Hopefully I can try again tomorrow but if not some help from the two mentioned tags would be great thanks.

I've tried again over the last couple of days and still not working 😞
