I’ve just upgraded my phone and opted to recycle my phone, what do I have to do to recycle it take it to a shop or give to the delivery driver?

You should be sent instructions but usually you'll get a pre paid postage label to send it off.

Take photos of the phone and also right down and take photo of the emie before sending it
