Changing your password won't automatically log you out of apps on other devices. It all depends on the app and how the login process is saved on the device.

Bit more info needed.

If it's an Apple device removing the old device from your list in your iCloud account and then changing your AppleID password should fully remove it and prevent it from reconnecting to the iCloud account

Some apps will allow you the option of logging out across al devices but you will often find that other devices will remain logged in. It depends on the app. Are you trying to prevent others from viewing your data/usage or to prevent them making purchases on other devices?
