I'd like to re-set and change my monthly direct debit, does this have to be done over the telephone?

Hi @2281steveb

If you are looking to change the date of your direct debit, then yes, this has to be done via customer services

If you are just changing your bank details then this can be done via My O2

@2281steveb Be aware that it cannot be changed within 6 days of your payment date. You may have to wait a month to do it if you're too close to the date.
