      <title>Phone disconnected</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My mobile has been disconnected. I have paid the bill more then 24 hours ago and its still disconnected. I am abroad and have no way to call O2 and there is no e-mail available so im not sure how i am suppose to contact O2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Keep rebooting the phone to see if it works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am abroad. its not practical to borrow a phone as i do not know anyone and with&amp;nbsp;international charges it is very expensive. Live chat does not work and is not available. Customer service is really lacking here, not sure how to make any contact with o2.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you have Skype on the device you posted your message to here, you can call for free on +44800 032 1402.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you were disconnected for non-payment, you may also have to pay a reconnection fee, apart from what you owe for your bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should also think about setting up a Direct Debit to avoid situations like this in the future.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I'm in the same situation. Why stop access to payment sites and make it impossible for me to contact direct. I do not have access to another phone unless I ask a stranger on the street or use a phone box 🤮.</description>
