Hello, hope someone can help.
My husband is on o2 open through his workplace and has a 25% family and friends discount code I wish to apply to my account as i have recently upgraded on o2 refresh.
I gave contacted customer services twice now, first time I was told to follow friends and family procedure and text discount to 2020 then enter details, this was rejected as I didn't have an o2 employee number.
Was told today to follow o2 open sign up but surely this is just for employees of the o2 open company?

I have a 13 digit and letter code starting O2. It says to redeem add to online basket or quote to advisor over the phone?

There is a box if ordering online to add a discount code but for open discount it probably won't look like it's worked as they add it to your contract as a bolt on.
You can always call and add it within the first 28 days too.
