Roaming not working

I arrived in Brazil last night and my iphoneXSmax is not picking up any roaming network. Roaming is switched on and network selection is on automatic. Somebody please help!

switch to manual selection and try each network.
it may be worth cleaning the sim card too and wipe with a soft cloth or tissue.

@nick5 It’s also possible that you don’t have roaming enabled on your account.

Try live chat and get them to check for you.
