    <description>How do you get the data changed in the account have had 2 phone upgrades from 02 but it still shows the phone from years ago. The data held is incorrect and keep getting asked about upgrades its really annoying and thats why i am looking at changing provider.</description>

      <description>Additionally current phone is not reconised by imei as 02 phone but is locked to 02 again data incorrect. Its really annoying</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That message from O2 normally means the phone is unlocked, especially when bought through a 3rd party and also, O2 have been providing unlocked phones or around 6 months now. Try a different network sim in the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
