Hi All,

Who received the credit for Jan bill?

O2 promised to give 2 days credit to customers in the end of Jan but I don’t see any.

@Vlad it showed up as a adjustment in MyO2 under the billing detail.

I don’t have any adjustment and I paid £27 as usual. How could I call the O2 representative to my topic as their online help is really useless.

Mine came in my December bill so it seems to be different for some people buts only around a quid

Like many others I had mine in December. It was £1.07p or something like that...

Well I had mine in January £3 and change as I have 2 accounts with O2.

Check your December and January bills again @Vlad it's bound to be on one or the other. It's a small amount easily overlooked. I only noticed mine because it was a credit I couldn't account for and then I twigged it was for the outage. I'd actually forgotten all about it tbh.
