Need to get my Pac code from 02 to transfer number to another sim but unfortunately I'm not getting anywhere with the 02 live chat. Anyone able to help

@Jt2000 Call customer service on 202 from your mobile. You may have to wait on hold at this time of day, but it will get you a better result. Also be aware that once you get your PAC, the process will not start until Monday at the earliest.

Live chat is aailable on IE and Edge. It seems to be broken on other browsers.

They will more than likely tell you to call anyway but if you are on contract you can insist they give you the PAC. P&G must call.
