Thanks for the reply, will contact them tomorrow. Just upgraded at carphone warehouse but was told could cancel within 14 days (Not as easy as they say it will be!), Have found a much cheaper deal at affodable phones uk but its with EE so will have to get number changed over. Thanks all for the help
