    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply, unfortunately when I track the order it just says order is completed. The tracking number I have been given isn't working with UK Mail yet I have dispatch confirmation. Guess I'll wait til 10 to call CS&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I ordered a new pay monthly phone on th 30th, I had an e-mail confirming this and then an e-mail confirming dispatch along with a tracking number and a delivery date of 31st. When I look up my previous orders it is saying it is complete but when I go to track with UK Mail the order number is incorrect. Nothing has been delivered as of yet and I'm quite concerned&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sometimes the UK mail site needs time to update itself so keep refreshing that as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
