      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3392915"&gt;@JPerdi&lt;/a&gt; has done everything they can to enable roaming (as long as they have made sure it is switched on).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds very much like a roaming bar, so they should contact customer services as per &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2525768"&gt;@Glory1&lt;/a&gt;'s advice and ask them to check&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All calls to CS are free ...so do that as soon as possible and good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My roaming data was on and this was the reason why I was sort of panicking.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the meantime, I used the O2 live chat and they were most helpful. They suggested that I reset the network settings and, after turning my phone back on, I could finally get reception. Go figure...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyways, I thought I would tell you for future reference. Thanks for your help!</description>
