I have recently added the O2 travel bundle so I can use data on a trip to the USA. Now that I have got here it’s not working! I can only get online in places with wi fi. Can anyone help please?

A couple of things you can try.

Reboot the phone
Turn off auto network selection and try a manual search
Remove and clean the sim card and then try again
If you have an iPhone, check your APN setting. If it is idata.o2.co.uk then try changing it to mobile.o2.co.uk or vice-versa

If nothing else works, you might have an international bar on your account.
