Are we going to see any compensation for yesterday. I have two lines with you so as you can imagine I was very angry that we couldn’t make or receive calls or texts . Couldn’t get on the internet I needed my phone for work and couldn’t use it not good .

This is not O2 you are speaking to but a customer forum and we are all customers, like yourself and therefore not really in a position to know what O2 will decide.

You would need to make your case to Customer Services

Still can't send texts or make call, in WORKSOP, this is bloody ridiculous, bet you still want my £15 this month, come on 02 "get ya finger out
