hi peeps, for the last few weeks iv had a nuisance robot voice leave me voicemail, it says "hello, .................. has tried to call you today, but dont worry we will call you back" i cant make out the name of the company as its hard to hear with the robotic voice!

i can not block the number as my phone doesnt ring, it goes straight to answerphone for this call only.

how do i stop these messages, they come through at least 2 or 3 times a day

Hi @pip1

You can't block them. You could have a change of number though O2 allow you one free change

Ring customer services on 202 or 4445.

If you don’t need it, turn off your voicemail by dialing 1760

Ok big delay in my outcome for this nusience caller problem I had, I rang O2 who sent the info to a specialist team that deal with these problems, not sure what they did as u kept missing their call back but the nusience calling stopped so all sorted, big thankyou to the O2 team and support for helping me and sorting out my headache with this

Omg my predicted text drives me potty, big delay on my behalf not O2, and I was missing their call backs not them 🤦‍♀️
