New pay monthly contract capped at £32 per month. Why am i getting extra charges for itunes (not an iphone) which i havent authorised?

Someone has your card on their iTunes account I assume.
You need to remove your details from the iTunes account and call customer services and ask them to apply a charge to mobile bar on your phone contract.
