      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, i don't know if anyone can help me but my phone is showing i have 4G but my data isn't working so i cannot get onto the internet, send imessages or use whatsapp...is this happening to nayone else or does anyone know how to help atall please? its been going in since 6:30 this morning!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yeah I've done that three times, taken the sim out and put on airplane afew times. I phoned o2 earlier but the response I got was 'it is happening to people and we don't know why' and was told I would get a call back in an hour and have had nothing! that was at 10am!</description>

      <description>Well they never call back but if it is a network issue you’ll just have to hang on and see if you can find WiFi hotspots until it’s fixed.</description>
