How do I send an email to O2?

I cannot call them, because my service is completely out. The service has been intermittent for a week now. I am disabled, and need my phone. I have notified them by phone yesterday, but no feedback. How can i email them?

Is there an issue showing here for your postcode?

If not, try turning phone off and back on again and if still no good, pop into your local O2 shop for a free SIM swap.
