My son has learning difficulties, How can I cap calls on his plan?

@optomism You cannot cap calls, I suggest you change to a pay as you go bundle or the classic sim once the credit has gone then they can’t call

@optomism O2 does not cap call charges. You can request bars for premium rate numbers, but if you want to cap charges you should switch to Tesco, which uses the O2 network.

Hi @optomism

O2 do not cap any call charges currently. Though under your circumstances you may want to call them and see if anything could be applied?

However, your son may be better with a Classic PAYG tariff, when his top up is used, then thats it until he tops up again?

Incidentally there was some talk about Spend Caps here ...but it's not available yet.

And be sure to ask them to apply the bars to premium rate numbers, signing up to chargeable texts and such.
