      <description>If you're getting an error it could be because of wifi calling being enabled so go into your MyO2 and turn off wifi calling under the device settings and try again.&lt;BR /&gt;If using wifi calling you can turn it back on again afterwards.</description>

      <description>Hi Emilie&lt;BR /&gt;My original purpose was to extend my ringtone time.,so I thought switching off voicemail would work. It didn't make any difference. My attempts using the **61etc code gave an error message of invalid mmi code. I then contacted O2 support who said they would sort it and extend my ringtone time to 30 secs. It has not worked even though 24 hours has passed.&lt;BR /&gt;Any thoughts?</description>

      <description>As above, disable wifi calling in your MyO2 first.</description>
