If Android then try this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Hold the Volume Up and Power button simultaneously (for Samsung Galaxy devices, hold Volume Up + Home + Power)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Hold the button combination until you see the word Start (on Stock &lt;STRONG&gt;Android&lt;/STRONG&gt;)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If an iPhone then try this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="RqBzHd"&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Just press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons simultaneously for at least 10 seconds, until you see the &lt;STRONG&gt;Apple&lt;/STRONG&gt; logo.
