Everytime i ring anybody it cuts off after about 15 seconds and freezes i've turnt phone off for a while & still the same happens

What sort of phone do you have?. If Android then try this

Hold the Volume Up and Power button simultaneously (for Samsung Galaxy devices, hold Volume Up + Home + Power)
Hold the button combination until you see the word Start (on Stock Android)

If an iPhone then try this

Just press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons simultaneously for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo. You can let go of both buttons after the Apple logo appears.
Your phone will go through the usual process of starting up.
You'll be back in your home screen.
