Extra charges on my monthly phone bill

I have never had a contrace phone before and got one a month ago and the first month was great I played the bill but on my second bill I have £42 of extra charges and no idea where they are coming from can someone tell me how I can block anything that will put extra charges to my phone bill

Firstly you need to tell us what the extra charges are for.
