Hi all was looki g for some info on the netflix offer tht o2 had recently i signed up 4 NEW contract and thot this offer was eligible to my device (iphone X) but have now been told this was only offered on o2 refresh and sim only plans? Has anyone else had this trouble. Also trying to get family perks ( I have 3 dif contracts) has been brutal still heard nothing after 6 wks? Any feedback or help wod be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.

The Netflix offer has now finished.

It was for qualifying puchases between 14th June and the 8th August

It was available for Refresh and Sim only plans on specific tariffs.

Pay Monthly on O2 Refresh with any handset with a tariff of 15GB and above = 6 months Offer Subscription;
Pay Monthly on O2 Refresh with any handset with a tariff of 25GB and above = 12 months Offer Subscription;
Pay Monthly 12 month sim only with a tariff of 18GB and above = 6 months Offer Subscription;
Mobile Broadband on O2 Refresh with Pocket Hotspot and Dongles with a tariff of 18GB and above = 6 months Offer Subscription; and
Mobile Broadband on O2 Refresh with tablets with a tariff of 5GB and above = 6 months Offer Subscription.

NB Other perks such as O2 Open etc, have to be taken out at the start of contract.

Many thanks @Glory1 & @Cleoriff ill try those links and i now understand the netflix offermy contract was took out in this time but it was new device & sim plan i have so get it now thanks guys ☺😊
