      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent my phone to o2 to get my screen repaired and they've now had it for nearly a week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every time I ask them they say, 3 days, 3 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has now been 5 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been checking that every day and it hasn't changed since the 17th.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just want my phone back!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will o2 compensate me for the extra days they are taking with free airtime!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
