      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Phone was lost or stolen in Doha Airport when I got uk I get from 02 store new sim they put in other phone for me and said it will activate in 24 hrs . Still no good what do I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Both your old sim and your account will be blocked when you lose a phone so you will need to contact customer services and pass the security checks to have the block lifted.&lt;BR /&gt;Stores cannot do this for you.</description>
