How long does it take to get the discount added. I have had a text saying it’s been added but not on the bolt on.

You will see it after your first bill is generated.

The bill has already been generated it was on the 16th. But payment has been taken yet. Does that count

You only get it from the second month anyway so it might not update until bill is paid but best to call customer service to check it out.
