      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've just signed up for new service provider and ported my old number to the new sim. The number got transfered fine and I can make calls but there is no data activated. I can turn on the wifi but no data connection. It's been six days without any data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone is HTC One A9.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried following so far....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Turning phone on and off (lol, multiple times).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Bachup &amp;amp; Reset &amp;gt; Network setting reset.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Remowing the sim and giving it a clean and replacing it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/23562i1AB4BAC39C2BB71E/image-size/original?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="port.jpg" title="port.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It may be that you have the in correct phone settings or data bolt on. Try texting ACTIVE to 2020 and save the settings. Reboot the phone after.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have the correct settings &lt;A href="https://www.teamknowhow.com/discover/discover/o2-apn-settings#Android%20APN%20settings%20for%20O2" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; and the apn iset to active then maybe it's a faulty sim card. I would suggest tat you get it replaced instore. If possible, can you try the sim in another phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I can’t believe the number of times I see this on the forum! When an account is set up over the phone, there’s an option on the system to choose BB, iPhone or Standard! How difficult is it for an agent to press the right button! This is part of my job and I think it’s just laziness not to. Anyway, best advice is to call customer services on 202, as others have said, and let them sort it out.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/27"&gt;@jonsie&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24643"&gt;@MI5&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is baffling me now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried another 4g sim (vodaphone) in my phone and after few minutes the data worked fine (no problem with my phone).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried my 02 sim in another phone and the 4g worked fine !!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So there... I am as clueless as I was before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why doesn't my phone (HTC One A9)&amp;nbsp; like my o2 sim for the data to work ??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
