      <description>My calls keep going dead for a few seconds everywhere I go.so it's not a mast down.does anyone else have a problem with this phone.also tech support was supposed too call me back but didn't????</description>

Take out the sim, clean it gently, reinsert and reboot the phone....See if that works..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edited to add..if no improvement then give Samsung a call. They give a 2 year warranty &lt;A href="http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/" target="_self"&gt;http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edited again to correct the warranty period...&lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.o2.co.uk/html/@0298759A4703928FCB017542757CF0DA/images/smilies/013.png" alt="wink" title="wink" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It's a known issue that Samsung released a fix for at the beginning of May.&lt;BR /&gt;If you're on O2 firmware, you need to wait until O2 roll it out but if on Samsung firmware, check for phone updates now.</description>
